How do I join?

Am I charged right away?

No. The first 10 days are free, one trial per customer. If you keep your membership, 39.95 is charged when the trial ends and again every 28 days until you cancel.

How do I get into the VIP collection?

Visit the VIP access page and enter the email you used at checkout. Once we confirm your membership, the collection opens on that device for 24 hours.

How do I cancel?

Use the Cancel Membership page, email support@wearhappyproject.com, or send us a note through the contact form. Please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date so the next charge doesn't go through.

Can I get a refund?

If you cancel during your free trial, you're never charged. Membership fees that have already been charged are non-refundable.
